Acceptance

Notedge is operated by Denys Kolosovskyy, an independent developer. These Terms govern your use of Notedge. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Fair Use Policy.

What Notedge provides

Notedge provides tools to save sources, extract readable content, generate summaries and key points, ask questions over saved content, keep notes, organize projects, and export a portable backup.

Your account

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Use your account for yourself unless a team/workspace plan explicitly allows shared access in the future.
• Notify support@notedge.app if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload, save, or write in Notedge. You grant Notedge the permission needed to store, process, display, export, and use that content only to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Notedge for illegal, harmful, abusive, spam, malware, or rights-infringing activity.
• Do not upload or process content unless you have the right to do so.
• Do not upload untrusted files, malicious files, or files intended to test or bypass Notedge security controls.
• Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or bypass security controls.
• Do not use automation to generate abnormal capture, upload, AI, OCR, transcription, or chat volume.

AI output

AI-generated summaries and answers can be incomplete or wrong. Notedge is a research and recall tool, not professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. Verify important information against the original source and qualified professionals.

Fair use and availability

Notedge may throttle, limit, suspend, or review usage that violates the Fair Use Policy or threatens the reliability, security, or sustainability of the service. Features may change, fail, or be unavailable during maintenance or operational incidents.

Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the monthly or yearly interval shown at checkout, unless canceled before renewal. Checkout shows the price, currency, and applicable taxes before you pay.
• You can cancel renewal in Billing. Your paid access continues until the end of the paid period unless you delete your account. Plan limits and fair-use rules apply to each subscription.
• Payments are non-refundable, including unused time or unused allowances, except where a refund or withdrawal right is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
• Deleting your account ends access immediately and cancels future subscription renewals. Export your data first. Account deletion does not automatically refund past payments.

Termination

You may stop using Notedge at any time and export your active library from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Fair Use Policy, or applicable law.
